Held to a draw by Goring, mainly thanks to Wally having an off day. There are reports that he was seen out in a pedalo on the Thames in the early hours of Thursday morning. Management are investigating, and a full enquiry is expected. If found guilty, his chav cap will be surgically removed as a warning to others. By my calculations we are currently second in the league, although the Goring carrier pidgeon has failed to deliver last weeks result yet.
Certain rumors may have been true but I think Wally must have been punting on the Thames since it was his arms that failed to throw the darts accuratley. Another good win for Tony who has found his form as part of the summer team, and another bad loss from the captain who has now dropped himself.
No game for a few weeks now as Kath failed to enter us into the competitions this time round, perhaps we should get a new secretary? See you all at the Bear on Thursday 14th June to play some of the ladder games
